The Social Responsibility Policy confirms UTC Brazil's commitment to conducting its business with ethics, integrity, fair competition (anti-trust), and in compliance with applicable local and national legal requirements and regulations, as well as other standards to which the company subscribes. It is part of the Code of Conduct and the Sustainability Program – STP. It includes initiatives focused on social, cultural, environmental, and socioeconomic development, such as:
 
* The sustainability of agribusiness;
* Reducing environmental impacts by disseminating good agricultural practices and good labor practices across all operations in partnership with stakeholders;
* Monitoring the consumption of materials, energy and water;
* Encouraging self-development and providing training whenever necessary;
* Adopting measures to protect and preserve health and safety;
* Upholding fair and dignified labor standards throughout the supply chain, combating corruption, money laundering, illicit trade, bribery, discrimination, abuse, child labor, and forced labor;
* Valuing diversity;
* Ensuring that tools, work equipment, vehicles, and facilities are in proper working and safety conditions;
* Allocating resources for the Social Responsibility Program;
* Providing resources for the implementation of the Social Responsibility Policy.
 
Applied to all permanent and seasonal employees, as well as stakeholders such as third parties (contractors and subcontractors), visitors, producers, suppliers, customers, government agencies, and the general community.
